Highly anticipated apartment community!
The project consists of four apartment buildings plus a clubhouse. All the apartment buildings are three story wood framed structures. The exterior of the buildings will be clad in brick veneer and prefinished hardie siding. The units are all one, two, or three bedroom units. The interior finishes of the units will have LVT flooring throughout the apartment with carpet only in the bedrooms. The cabinets will be dark wood cabinets with flat fronts and light granite countertops to give the apartments a modern look. All the appliances will be stainless steel. This complex will be one of the first in the Omaha metro area to offer up to 1 gig high speed fiber internet service to all tenants. The clubhouse will have a style similar to the apartment buildings and will include many amenities to offer the tenants including a pool, workout facility, party room, and coffee bar/cyber cafe. The facility will also be pet friendly by offering a dog run and dog wash facility.
