Renovation Encourages Innovation!

NGC was brought on to the project to help manage the design process which progressed to being the CM on this 15,000 SF, 3-story office renovation.

This project consisted of many challenges including a tight schedule and the occupation of adjacent floors. The nature of the work in the adjacent office space dictated that no structural noise could happen between the hours of 8 and 5.

NGC worked closely with the ownership group, the design team, and our subcontractors to create a solution to meet the challenges of the project.  We also outlined a specific schedule that we updated daily so that each sub knew what had to be done every day. 

In order to maintain quiet hours, subcontractors performed high decibel work and accepted deliveries before 8 am and after 5 pm.  With all these challenges, NGC was able to deliver the project on-time and within the owner’s budget.
