HOME Realty Office

New central office with unique features!

This redevelopment project took an area of Lincoln along a major highway through the city that had been long considered a blighted area and turned it into one of, if not the best development along the major corridor through the City of Lincoln. The site was formerly home to the Villager Gardens Hotel for many years. NGC was contracted to tear down the former hotel as one of its first projects when NGC formed as a company. After the buildings were torn down and the site was cleaned up, the site sat empty for many years before Realty Trust Group decided to redevelop the property into a multi-use development with retail, dining and office use.

The project was built to serve as HOME Services new headquarters building in Lincoln. They wanted to consolidate all their Lincoln offices to a central location. The building was built from the ground up and was the final building at the 52nd & O Street Redevelopment. This was a 20,000 SF two story office building. The structure was a wood framed structure. The project consisted of dirt work, concrete footings, wood and steel framing, stone veneer masonry, hardie board siding, concrete slab on grade, gypcrete, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, shingle roofing, TPO roofing, Standing seam roofing, tough & groove cedar soffits, painting, wall covering, tile, carpet, LVT flooring, acoustical ceilings, mill work, quartz counter tops, VOLO movable wall system.
