Downtown Living; combining the old and new!
This project includes 66 unique loft apartments in the heart of the historic Haymarket District.
The one, two, and three bedroom living units were built in a variety of configurations with different features. Many of the 2nd and 3rd floor units offer the feel of these historic buildings with exposed brick and wood timber or concrete columns reflecting the character of the original structures. The 4th & 5th floor units have a contemporary feel and offer great views of the Haymarket and downtown area. All units are finished with modern amenities to deliver a unique urban living experience.
The historical charm of these buildings has been paired with modern conveniences and technology to provide the utmost comfort and convenience for all tenants. Interior finishes have an upscale feel with granite countertops, hydraulic kitchen cabinet hinges, radius showers with thermostatic body sprays. Certain units also include balconies, decks, and glass garage doors to take full advantage of the active urban environment surrounding the Arena Lofts.
