In order to streamline the communication process, we utilize Procore to handle all project documentation, including RFIs, drawings and specifications, meeting minutes, ASI, addenda, submissions, project schedule, and change requests.
Clear communication is the key to keeping projects on schedule. We issue weekly reports to all members of the project team, complete with job site photos, the current week’s completion summary, and what’s on deck to be finished the following week.
