Description: 55,000 sq. foot new construction. This project included nine classrooms, library, computer lab, parish and faculty offices, full commercial kitchen and 10,000 sq. foot gym. Project was completed in nine and a half months from groundbreak to occupancy.

Husker Alloy Strength Complex

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Description: 15,000 sq. foot renovation to Hawks Championship Center. Project included 2,000 sq. foot mezzanine, raised workout platform, and custom strength training area.

Waterloo Fire Station

Location: Waterloo, Nebraska

Description: 10,000 sq. foot shell and interior finish. This project utilized the design-build team approach, which resulted in a 12% savings from the original budget.
