Project Description:

This is a negotiated bid project for a 204 unit, 4-story wood framed apartment complex in Bellevue, NE.  30-unit, 72-unit, garages, clubhouse and site are included in this bid letting. Please see the below schedule for critical project dates.

Hyatt Place - Colorado Springs

Scope of Work

This is a negotiated bid project for a ground up construction of a 7-story precast and metal stud framed hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. The scope of this project includes the general construction of a 120-room, 87,168 square foot hotel with associated support services.
